„Foreign Interference in Germany: Lessons from Ukraine, US, and Russia“ – Panel discussion at the Schloss on Monday, November 2nd

With increasing fears of an impending European military conflict, Germany is looking to prepare against Russian aggression. The threat is not just external: Russia also targets the stability of German democracy and society. Collecting military experts on foreign interference, Col. Adam Bryson (ret) of the US Marine Corps and Dr. Halyna Padalko, MIT, we will hold a panel discussing the issues confronting Germany. How will Russia seek to destabilize Germany? What can we learn from Ukraine, the US, and others? And how can we prepare ourselves and our country?

The panel is open to the public, all interested persons are invited!

Host: Prof. Marc Ratkovic (Chair of Political Science, Social Data Science)
Date: November 2, 2026
Time: 19:00
Venue: Schloss, lecture hall O129
