Prof. Dr. Valentin Lang was awarded the University of Mannheim Teaching Award for the 2025–26 academic year. He was recognized in particular for his practice-oriented and research-based teaching, as well as his interdisciplinary approach at the intersection of political science, economics, and data science. Valentin Lang teaches students modern research methods with a strong political focus, emphasizing a variety of teaching methods, including debates and interactive surveys.
