Research methods and psychological assessment

Research methods comprise the methodological and statistical foundations of research design and analysis and thus form the prerequisites of psychology as an empirical science. Research methods and evaluation methods provide a comprehensive set of procedures for analyzing scientific theories and social interventions. 

Psychological assessment covers scientifically based instruments for the measurement of individual competencies and personality attributes. 

We focus on methodology, research methods, evaluation methods and psychological assessment in our teaching programme and in our own research.
