What are the opening times?
The pool is open from Monday to Saturday, 8–21 o'clock.
Am I allowed to drink and eat?
Yes, but please be careful with the devices and do not leave any rubbish in the room.
Do any events take place here?
There are no events in the room Methodenlabor C-107. The room is in general available for practicing.

Where can I load my printing account?
At the terminals on campus. The closest one is situated in front of the A5 library entrance.
Is it possible to print in full colour? And how can I do this?
Yes, you can print in colour. Choose the printer “Pool Farbe”.
How can I print in duplex?
This option has already been selected. When you do not want this, you can change this in current program.
How can I stop the printing task?
You can directly delete the printing task at the printing machine, do not release the printing task or stop the task via PaperCut.
Why has my account been blocked by an administrator?
Your account has been blocked because you have no money on your printing account. Please make sure that you have loaded money on your printing account and not just on your Ecum.
What can I do in case of paper jams or other problems?
Please inform the Support team via our terminal or write an e-mail.
