Deputy Professorship of Clinical Psychology, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy (FSS 2024)

I am looking forward to teaching clinical psychology, child and adolescent psychotherapy at the University of Mannheim in the spring/summer semester 2024.

My teaching will introduce students to the symptoms, genesis, epidemiology and evidence-based treatment of mental disorders in childhood and adolescence. The concept of developmental psychopathology and, in particular, transactional and transdiagnostic disorder models will play a central role. It is very important to me to introduce students to psychotherapeutic practice, to accompany them in their professional development processes and to support them in finding the right therapy procedures and methods for them.
