Prof. Dr. Ilze Plavgo, Junior professor of Sociology of the Welfare State at the University of Mannheim is dedicated to a more sustainable work life. She is taking part in the campaign “#SustainableUniMA – I will make a difference by...”, which we regularly publish on the university channels.
