What can you expect in the information sessions?
In our information sessions, we answer all important questions about the upcoming password change:
- How does the process work?
- What happens if I don’t change my password in time?
- What do I need to bear in mind after the change for:
- Outlook (e.g. login or setup)
- WLAN/
VPN - FileService (drive access, reconnecting)
Technical information and tips on how to prepare are also explained here.
The session is particularly helpful for anyone who receives a lot of inquiries from colleagues or who acts as a multiplier (e.g., secretaries or employees in management positions) in their area.
When and where?
The information sessions will take place online via Microsoft Teams and will last approximately 30 minutes. Several dates will be available to choose from, both in German and English. All current time slots and the link to register can be found on the intranet on the Information Security Office page.
