The Chair of Quantitative Marketing and Consumer Analytics is proud to introduce the "L'Oreal Brandstorm 2018”.
The seminar brand strategy involves the design and implementation of a marketing program to establish in a strategic way an existing brand in a new product category or subcategory. During the seminar we will discuss topics such as the product design, product positioning and product advertising of a new product which extends an existing brand and follows the umbrella brand identity and umbrella brand vision. This seminar will be useful for those pursuing careers in marketing, general management, and consulting.
Learning objectives of this course comprise the design and positioning of a branded product and the strategic brand extension of a well-established global brand. Further learning objectives are writing a marketing plan, design of a specific product advertisement as well as the presentation oft he results to managers of a global company.
This competition and business game “L'Oreal Brandstorm 2018'' is an unique opportunity to get in touch with an international leading company and a once in a lifetime chance to experience the design and implementation of a marketing program aimed at establishing in a strategic way an existing brand. It is really not an opportunity to miss for all students interested in pursuing a career in marketing and in management.
Students that attend the Branding and Brand Management course this semester (Spring 2016) and who are willing to participate in the Brand Strategy Seminar next semester (Fall 2016) are welcome to send their application for the “L'Oreal Brandstorm 2018''.
