Displaying ZOOM-Links
All types of ZOOM links for all courses are only displayed if one of the following participation options has been selected in the course details:
- Presence/
live & digital/ live (not recorded) - Digital live (not recorded)
- Digital live & recorded
- Presence & digital live – recorded
This applies to all types of rooms (hybrid, ZOOM-Lehre, ...) and also affects pre-existing room bookings.

Links to the ZOOM meetings of current courses are also listed on the Portal² start page. To view this list, simply click on the “ZOOM links” tab. All courses, that are currently being held or will take place during the day, are displayed there. Past courses are only displayed up to one hour after the event has ended.
If you would like to start the ZOOM-meeting as a host, please use the start link on the respective course detail page or proceed as described here.

Please also note that the link to start the meeting is only visible 60 minutes before the scheduled start of the course.
