Research project on feedback memory

The DFG-funded project “True, false, or uncertain? Determinants of memory for truth-value feedback” led by Dr. Lena Nadarevic starts in February 2022 and will run for three years. The project investigates various factors presumably influencing memory for truth-value feedback (e.g., characteristics of the received information, characteristics of the encoding context and characteristics of the truth-value feedback). The results are expected to provide new insights into the mental representation of truth and falsity, as well as possible approaches to correct misinformation in the (social) media.
