Teaching

The Chair of Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences offers regular courses on research design, data collection and quantitative research methods. For students in the political science B.A. Program we offer lectures that form the spine of the research methods training, Empirical Political Research and Data Analysis. These lectures are complemented by tutorials and workshops.  At the postgraduate level we offer more advanced training in quantitative methods with lecture and seminar series in Multivariate Analysis, Multilevel Modeling and Maximum-Likelihood Estimation. In addition, we offer courses in research design for MA Students and doctoral candidates.
