Profile
Since September 2013, Thomas Bahle is member of the academic staff at the Chair of Macrosociology. His research field concentrates on the international comparison of welfare states and social policies in Europe. The focus of his recent research projects at the Mannheim Centre for European Social Research are family policies, poverty and social minimum benefit system as well as care services. His teaching covers a wide range of his research field and other issues on social inequality. Furthermore, he supervises BA theses in the module “European Societies”.
