Dr. Anita Gohdes, received her doctoral degree from the University of Mannheim in 2015, supervised by Prof. Carey. For her dissertation Anita has been awarded the “Deutscher Studienpreis 2015” and has received a prize by Stiftung für Kommunikations- und Medienwissenschaften. She was a postdoctoral fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School, and joined the Department of Political Science at the University of Zurich as Assistant Professor in International Relations in August 2016. Now, she is Professor of International and Cyber Security at the Hertie School of Governance, Berlin.
