Profile
I am a postdoctoral researcher at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and affiliated with the Chair of Political Science and Empirical Democracy Research through the NORFACE project “The Rural-Urban Divide in Europe” (RUDE). My areas of research are political participation, political representation, public opinion, and information technology and politics. Methodologically, I am interested in the application of statistical modeling, machine learning, natural language processing, and automated data collection. I received my PhD in Political Science from the Graduate School of Decision Sciences at the University of Konstanz in 2021. My research has appeared in British Journal of Political Science, Public Opinion Quarterly, Social Science Computer Review, and Comparative European Politics.
