Teaching

Our group takes responsibility for the curriculum on the general foundations of psychological methods and assessment in the BSc program and on advanced research methods and testing procedures in the MSc programs psychology. In our lectures and seminars, theoretical knowledge and practical skills are trained with regard to statistical methods, data analysis, research design as well as test construction and analysis. Moreover, specific procedures of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, assessment and evaluation of psychological interventions are introduced.

In addition to the courses on the BSc and MSc level, our group offers workshops for doctoral researchers in the DFG funded Research and Training Group Statistical Modeling in Psychology (SMiP) and in the Center for Doctoral Studies in the Social and Behavioral Sciences (CDSS).
