John Kenny, PhD, studied Comparative Government at the UCC in Cork and at St Catherine’s College, Oxford, and obtained his PhD from the University of Oxford. He worked as a lecturer at Trinity College and spent several years working on various projects in Oxford, Southampton and Norwich.
