Pilates is a holistic fitness programme that strengthens all muscle groups of the body in depth, increases flexibility and provides relaxation and balance. The course teaches participants how to correctly perform the exercises shown.
After the semester break starts next week, we will still be open daily from 06/20/22 – 09/4/22, but at reduced opening hours: Monday 11am-8pm, Tuesday 7:30am-8pm, Wednesday 11am-8pm, Thursday 7:30am-8pm and Fridays-Sundays 1pm-6pm.

The exam of the BA lecture “Ausgewählte Themen der Vergleichenden Regierungslehre: Authoritarian Politics” held by Professor Traunmüller will take place on Wednesday, 11. June 2025.

The retake of the exam is planned to be on Saturday, 23 August 2025.
